What types of payment do you accept?

For online orders we accept Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can create one in checkout that will allow you to pay with your credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Please e-mail us at parisgems@gmail.com if you would prefer to pay by sending a payment through the mail.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping to U.S., Canada and Japan is FREE!
Please contact us at parisgems@gmail.com for shipping quotes to other countries.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns provided they are shipped back to us within 7 days of the delivery date at the customer's expense. A refund or exchange will be given provided the product is returned in the original condition.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Please e-mail us at parisgems@gmail.com for any custom requests including specific gem and/or color configurations and chain lengths. Depending on the request, custom jewelry may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not distribute or sell our customer's information. All payment information is handled by Paypal on their secure checkout system.
